It was a Saturday morning, it is raining lightly in fact it has been raining for the past one month. Team Nigeria set out to visit a local canteen called ‘Abe igi’ which means under the tree, the canteen was named ‘Abe igi’ because the tent was under a tree but unfortunately the tree has been cut down. Team Nigeria dressed in their traditional attire, the girls wore buba (blouse), iro (wrapper) and gele (head tie) while the boys wore sokoto (trousers), ewu( top ) , Dansiki and fila (cap). We went in two tricycles which we call keke maruwa in our country. We communicated with the food sellers in our language

We took lot of pictures, we went back to practice and we ate our local delicious meal. It was a very special day in july to team Nigeria.
